In certain cases, including non-payment, incorrect address or other problem with the buyer's account, for non-compliant or questionable orders, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute, the Pour Les Petits Company reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem is resolved. ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY
The shipping time for orders is 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery time is then 6 to 12 working days for France and 10 to 20 days for other countries. Non-working days include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as days when road transport is prohibited. These times are indicated in the order confirmation that the buyer will receive by email.The Pour Les Petits Company undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible. The average delivery times communicated vary depending on the availability of the goods and remain indicative. The delivery time is taken into account from the delivery of the products to La Poste. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be:
– the residential address of the customer or any other natural person of their choice.
In case of absence, the recipient is notified by notice of passage.
The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the Pour Les Petits Company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Any delays cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund. The buyer is required to refuse delivery if the goods are damaged, missing or if the package has been opened or repackaged. In the event of loss or damage, the buyer must issue precise and detailed written reservations on the carrier's delivery note in the presence of the carrier or its employees. The buyer must then send the carrier a registered letter stating the reservations within 3 days of delivery. The goods accepted without reservations by the recipient at the time of delivery and/or in the absence of a letter addressed to the carrier within 3 days, are deemed to have arrived in good condition and in their entirety (number of pieces, identity in relation to the order, etc.). No claim can be taken into account by the Pour Les Petits Company and its liability cannot be incurred. In the event of non-receipt, please contact us by email at our Customer Service. An investigation will then be opened which will take several days (approximately 3 to 4 weeks). During this period, no refund or return can be made. If, at the end of the investigation, the package has not been found, we will send you a replacement product at our expense. If due to lack of details on your address, the Post Office cannot find your address and the package is returned to us, the Pour Les Petits Company cannot be held responsible and the costs of a new shipment will be your responsibility. In the event of receiving a package that is clearly damaged (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer must absolutely open the package in the presence of a La Poste employee in order to possibly have the damage noted: the director of the post office must then draw up a report of theft with the opening of an investigation, specifying "package refused: goods damaged during transport". Upon receipt of the investigation results (approximately 3 to 4 weeks), if the investigation concludes that the package was indeed damaged during transport, we will send you the same item free of charge. Please note: if the Customer opens the package alone (without the presence of a La Poste employee), the theft insurance will be automatically rejected by the postal services, no exchange or refund can then be considered. Société Pour Les Petits is not responsible for these instructions, which are simply the application of the general conditions of sale of the post office and transport services.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days, from the delivery of his order, to return the delivered item in order to proceed with an exchange or a refund without penalty with the exception of the return costs which remain his responsibility.Pour Les Petits Company will reimburse the customer for any amounts already paid, less any shipping costs, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above. Product refunds will be made by Pour Les Petits Company within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of ordering or by issuing a purchase voucher.
