Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.

Note: Clothing must be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Sale items, used items, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, etc.) when returning.
Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.

Refund procedure

Return request: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your product.
Product return: Once your request is accepted, return the product to the address indicated in our instructions.
Refund : Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will proceed to refund via the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days.
